DINGLE POT GIN

Dingle Distillery located on the Dingle peninsula at the door step to the Atlantic Ocean was established in 2012 in an old sawmill on the fringe of Dingle. The process starts with the distillation of grain spirit in a small batch 500 Litre copper pot still called Oisin.

BLACK WATER SMALL BATCH GIN

Blackwater No. 5 is a classic London Dry Gin, distilled from the purest spirit, the finest botanicals and soft local water. It balances the confident juniper notes of a traditional London Dry with bright coriander, warm cinnamon and zesty lemon. Blackwater No. 5 is crisp and elegant, great as a G&T, excellent in a cocktail.

FEVER-TREE TONICS

Quinine is the key ingredient, and the essential bitterness, in tonic water. The brand name Fever-Tree was chosen as it is the colloquial name for the cinchona tree, the bark of which produces quinine. After much research, a specific type of fever tree plantation (known as cinchona Ledgeriana) located on the Rwanda/Congo border, was found to be producing the purest quinine in the world.
